Are you a local company?
Yes. Our office is on Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral, where you can meet with us at any time.
Are you an internet based company?
No. We are not an internet based mortgage company. You can set up a meeting with us at any time.
Is Cape Coral Mortgage fully licensed?
Our entire staff is state and federally licensed. This includes full background checks, fingerprints, credit reports, and continuing education.

Our Process
Who processes your loans?
We only do in-house processing, so we have complete control of closing your loan. We never subcontract our processing, so your personal information stays with us. You talk directly to your loan processor, which stops delays in the closing process.
What is your policy on communication?
We believe in constant communication so that you always know what is going on with your loan, every step of the way. We answer and return your calls as soon as possible.
Will you tell me the truth, even if it is not what I want to hear?
Yes. We will tell you the truth so you know exactly where you stand.
Will you provide me with more than one option?
We will provide the best programs and rates for you, not the ones that give us the highest commissions. You will know all of your options, so there is no confusion.
How do I send you my documents?
Once your loan is underway, you can upload documents straight to your loan file through our secure LendingPad portal. Use the Upload Documents link at the top of any page.
